What is PTA?
The Lukas Elementary Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is a group of parents, teachers and community members that work together to increase parental participation in our school. PTA's general objectives are to focus on what students need to be successful in their learning. This can include nutrition, health, school safety, physical fitness and general well-being. PTA utilizes fundraisers to raise money for these objectives. Participating in PTA is free, voting on funds, objectives and board members requires a yearly membership fee.
